My sis-in-law gave me a beer in a tall yellow or orange can. When she pulled the top, she poured it into the glass really quickly, because there was something weird about the carbonation - it reacted to air or something. When she poured it in the glass, it looked like the whole glass was full of foam, then it settled to a guinness-type creamy head, only the beer was light-colored. The taste was smooth, and I really liked it...I just can't remember what it was called!

How can I stop the foam from forming on the top when I make a cup of instant coffee?
I don't drink instant coffee much but when I do every time I add the spoon full of coffee a light colored foam forms on the top. I scoop it off 3 or 4 times then the coffee looks black as it should. Any ideas on how to stop this?
Don't drink instant coffee, it's horrible stuff! There are many single-cup coffee makers that use real coffee and make a much much better cup.
