Mattress Foam Pad
How do I stick foam mattress padding to my walls?
i have cut 12" x 12" squares out of foam mattress padding and checker-boarded them on the walls.. i've heard this works very well for acoustics in our band practice room. and it is working great... the problem is, the squares keep coming off.. right now they are stuck with Duct Tape.
i don't want to ruin the walls.. and i don't want holes everywhere..
I still recommend duct tape, just maybe try to find a better tape.
It should be able to hold something relatively light on a wall, just make sure you tape in a cross rather than around the perimeter of the square.

Memory Foam Mattress Topper
Has anyone tried the serta memory foam mattress pad?
I was thinking about buying the 4 inch serta memory foam mattress topper. I could not find much on reviews for this. I was wondering if anyone had tried this and how they liked it.
It is much like any other memory foam. If you have cheaper alternative options, go for those. They are all the same.

I am so glad someone finally gave me a reason not to buy this otherwise excellent sounding mattress — you see, I have just gone thru a Sleepy's Kingsdown full-sized mattress which was almost $1,000 in only 3 years! The 1st 2 that they delivered had to be returned in under a month! I finally just kept it and am now desperately seeking a great new mattress. I thought about one of those partial waterbed types, what do you all think? Or is this message relay so old that no one's coming by anymore? Oh, dear, I may have just typed my little fingers to the bone for nothin'!
