Memory Foam Bed Topper My question is about memory foam and does it work for everyone?
i,m really not sure if i'm better off buying a new bed with memory foam built right into it, or just buying a memory foam mattress topper?.
ive heard that memory foam actually prevents dust mites from collecting into the fibres, is this really true? and last but not least, is memory foam going to be nescessary for me?
I purchased a memory foam mattress about two years ago and I'll never go back. However, others have complained about their beds being too hot. They are definitely warmer than conventional mattresses. If you get too hot while sleeping, I would advise against a memory foam mattress, period.

The article suggests buying a topper if your current bed is not very old and still in relatively good shape. That's good advice in my opinion. You can try it in your home without spending a great deal of money.
As for the dust mites, who knows? If that's a major concern, enclose the mattress in a dust-proof cover and launder ALL bedding in hot water every other week.

memory foam bed topper question?
I have been starting to suffer from a really annoying back pain recently and have finally decided to do sumtin about it. Im planning on getting a 4' memory foam bed topper...at least a 3' for sure....but will it completely make up for my extremely uncomfortable mattress that i will be putting it on? it is a really bad bed..i can feel all the tops of the springs.. please help..i can't sleep like this much longer.
btw...does anyone know wat density i should buy? im a pretty small person. theres a 4lb one and 3lb one. both 4 inches thick.
You really need to get a new mattress if you can feel The springs, the bed is no longer supporting your back. If that's not affordable the 4in. memory foam would be the best because you need as much cushioning as possible.
