Memory Foam Mattress Twin what kind of mattress pad?
what's better a mattress pad that goes over the bed or a memory foam.. i need one for a twin bed..which or more comfortable to sleep on?
I sleep on a memory foam matress right now and it's absolutely wonderful. So, that's my reccommendation, but i've also slept on down matress pads and those are even better, though a bit pricey.

I sleep curled up on my side, and he generally sleeps on his back. We plan on getting a full because our room is tiny.
We're upgrading from a twin, so we don't have a box spring or bed frame. Will we need to buy a box spring to go with it? What kind of frame should we buy?
That depends on your preferences. For the memory foam mattress, try looking for one with 4 pounds of density. Many people find this more comfortable than 5 pounds or more of density. Bragada, Sealy and Tempur pedic are some good brands of memory foam mattress. The box spring will height to your mattress. It is not really necessary. Box springs are only popular in the US.

Let me tell you that a temper-pedic bed on a good day isn't so wonderful. for a king size bed it is way more than $2000 and I find it to be like sleeping on a board. "memory" bed, the only memory it has is how to give you pain. I guess it's a good bed if you like hard beds, of which I do not. This bed is in my second home. In my bed in the city I have a Duxiana bed, so as you can see I go for the light springy beds that give with your body, not the hard beds. As the temperdedic is a patented formulation I don't think that any of the cheaper versions are going to have what the temperdic offers, if this is in fact the kind of bed that you do find comfortable. Yes, it is exensive, but it will last for years and years and you do get what you pay for. There are certain things where you don't go for the cheap and that is in beds, it's your back we are talking about, don't get a knock off, or you will be at the doctor so often that it will make up for the difference in price between the beds.
