Reverse Mattress Topper
Can I keep my mattress from sagging in the middle?
I have a decent mattress (it wasn't a cheapie), and its a "no flip", which maybe they all are now, but it still develops a groove/sag in the middle. The problem I think is that I sleep on my side, so a smaller area of my body is pressing harder in one spot (my weight isn't spread out). I have a feather-bed topper thing too, but this doesn't help (although it does make it more comfortable!).
Any ideas for preventing or reversing the sag in my mattress?

Oh, its a queen-sized mattress. Now that I think of it, its a Sealy "merlot" model.
Another thing - I have the mattress on the floor, not on a box spring.
Yes, get a piece of plywood and put between the 2 mattress'.
It don't have to be all that thick.
3/8" should do fine.
You didn't say what size bed you have, but you might have to use 2 sheets and cut the ends off.
Lay them long ways across the mattress.
That will leave a center spot across where your hips might go all the way across but that won't matter.
You won't feel the little bend across the middle.
