Stop Neck Pain

Extreme pain in neck and shoulder. How do i make the pain stop!?
I don't know what it is, but the muscle in my neck/shoulder feels tight and EXTREMELY painful. Right now it is 2:17 and i have been trying to go to sleep for the past three hours and have been completely miserable. HOW CAN I END THIS AGONY?
You need to go to doctor and he will send you for therapy. I think your nerves giving you problems.

Back and neck pain from being on the computer, how do I stop it?
Besides the obvious answer of "get off the computer"
Are there any stretches or excersizes I can do, or a way to make sure I am sitting properly in my chair? It only started doing this recently, and I think its because all my classes this semester are computer classes...so my back is not happy sitting in front of computers ALL day.
Sitting up with your back straight is the best way but regardless of how you sit if you're sitting in front of a computer ALL day you are probably going to have some back aches. Try to get up and stretch your back out periodically during the day. Nothing special just a good stretch like when you get up out of bed in the morning lol. Hope that helps








Dear Anonymous, great news right on schedule, thank you for good work. Just about any position is possible on a bike – arched, too arched, not enough arch. It is up to you.
