Body Therapy High

How do I lower my exercise age in Wii sports?
I am trying to lower my age in the exercise training section of Wii Sports, as well as increase my stats. My age was reported to be 80, even though I am 23. I received the lowest rating possible on all categories except stamina, in which I received one rating point higher.
How do I improve this score so that I am no longer embarassed of being a 23 year old in an old body? Is there an effective program that will essentially put me through physical therapy to begin the process of rebuilding my body from 80 years old to at least my 30's? I would really appreciate this, as you might imagine.
It just takes practice. The better you do the lower your age in Wii Sports.

Water Therapy $98.77 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles Water therapy is the use of water to improve health. According to alternative medicine advocates, one form of water therapy is the consuming of a gutful of water upon waking in order to cleanse the bowel. A litre to a litre and half is the common amount ingested. This water therapy, also known as Indian or Chinese Water Therapy, is claimed to have a wide range of health benefits; or at least no adverse effects. While ingesting about a litre and a half of water is usually harmless, this is approaching the level which can lead to water intoxication, an urgent and dangerous medical condition. Advocates of water therapy claim that application of water therapy at first will cause multiple bowel movements until the body adjusts to the increased amount of fluid. What Classes Should I Take To Get A Degree In Massage Therapy?
(I Am A Junior In High School.)
I Was Told I Should Work On Building Muscles In My Hands.. But I Don't Plan To Give Those Really Aggressive, Deep Tissue Type Massages. I Am Very In-Tune To Peoples Bodies And Can Feel What Needs To Be Healed Or Fixed. I Am Good At It, I Just Don't Know What It Is I Am Doing.
I Would Love To Start My Own Massage Therapy Business Where I Could Also Offer One On One "Physical Well Being" Classes Where I Teach People To Connect With Their Bodies, Open Closed Chakras, Meditate, Ect.
Sorry This Was So Long. :}
need to take anatamy classes and such... you need to know every part of the body and how the muscles conect and tie together. Talk to a college about it I think it was only like a two year course, my mother is a massage therapist.

Shiatsu (supplemental modalities at Sheridan College- open to the public)
Shiatsu (she-aut-su) is a fully clothed body therapy originating in Japan. Shiatsu literally means “finger pressure”, and in a session the practitioner may also apply pressure with elbows, knees, and feet. A session may also include guided stretches that facilitate in relaxation and releasing chronically tensed muscles and mind. During the session, a gentle, rhythmic pressure is applied to the organ channels and points used in acupuncture. Sessions are given on a padded mat on the floor, but may be given on a massage table. They last for one hour and the initial session a bit longer as it includes a wellness intake based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, medical history, and lifestyle. The session is concluded with the practitioner recommending acupressure points that the client can use at home. A session is very informative to the physiological processes one’s body.
Shiatsu was distinguished from other forms of Asian bodywork during the 1950’s. The Japanese Ministry of Health and Welfare states: Shiatsu therapy is a form of manipulation administered to the human skin, to correct internal malfunctioning, promote and maintain health and treat specific disease. Shiatsu’s potential role in our culture is increasing as the general public is gaining interest into complementary and alternative medicine.
Supplemental modalities at Sheridan College will include a thorough overview of Traditional Chinese Medical Theory, organ channels and acupressure points, assessments, Shiatsu bodywork, relaxation techniques, and postural strengthening for the practitioner (Yoga and Tai Qi).

Hi,
I stumbled upon your website while googling today, and I read your few paragraphs about my new book. You should know – there was originally a very lengthy introduction in the book, which explained my background in detail, and there was also a list of good books to read for the appendix. I ended up cutting that out, along with much much more, just to fit within the book length requirement for the publisher. I did not mean to give the impression that my ideas came out of thin air, because they did not. I have had the benefit of having a number of fabulous teachers. Hopefully my website biography makes up for this shortcoming in the book.
You said that my book is much easier to read than writings of Feldenkrais, which I will take as an enormous compliment. To me, Feldenkrais was one of the giants in this field. His way of seeing changed the whole field of body work, but many bodyworkers may not be aware of that.
My focus has been to take awareness-based body therapy and make it accessible to as many people as possible, without losing the essence of what it is. Many of the somatic disciplines are fantasitic ways to learn about oneself and live more in one's body, but they often don't address pain problems in a practical way. They are brilliant, but not clinically applicable. Conversely, when working with pain it is very easy for practioners (e.g., physical therapists, chiropractors, etc.) to lose the holistic perspective, and become mechanistic in their approach.
The Alexander Technique has been extremely useful to me, personally and in my work with people. I recommend it to anyone. Alexander involves a conscious inhibition of habitual patterns, whereas Feldenkrais is primarily a sub-conscious correction of patterns. These are two fundamentally different approaches aimed at the same goal. One is not better than the other, but some people relate better to one than the other.
Somatic Integration techniques involve using conscious awareness and sub-conscious awareness.
Let me know if and how my book is useful to you.
Best wishes,
Craig Williamson
