Foundation Tempurpedic
my back is hurting when I wake up; i have an expensive tempurpedic bed with foundation and frame from them?
however when i sleep on another bed which is softer and cheaper it seems okay; also another thing i have noticed is if i switch between sleeping one night on tempurpedic and one night on the softer bed it helps. Since tempurpedic is supposed to be one of the best beds do you think there is a problem with my back; can someone provide a link to a site which has some back excercises
Here's a link to some back exercises. Tight or weak muscles may aggravate back pain so try to do them regularly.

This may not totally solve your problem so experiement with different sleep sufaces. I personally own the firmest/lowest priced tempur pedic bed and I love it. But if you are heavier it may not have enough cushioning for you and be adding to your back's stress.
