I recently just got rid of mine and went back to a traditional spring mattress….thank god… I had just been involved in a car wreck when I bought mine, hoping it would help my back. I had it for about 8 months… at first, I loved it.. sleep was great, and.. "other activites" seemed to be even better. However, after the first month or two, I felt like I had a hard time sleeping on it, and was experiencing a lot of discomfort, went from getting a good 10-12 hours of sleep a night, to 3-4 before waking up with bad back pain. I felt like I was having a hard time getting comfortable, that I was sinking into the mattress.. also, I was constantly getting too hot at night, even with A/C and a fan in the room. I wouldn't recommend it, but if you think its something you might enjoy, I hope it works out for you. I would honestly recommend getting a memory foam mattress topper first before spending well over a grand on the mattress. You can get a 2-3 inch mattress topper to go over your current mattress and kind of test it out. They usually cost under $100 and you can get them at Walmart. Target, bed bath and beyond..etc.
