Memory Foam Bedding Pad
Would this Mattress Pad help me?
Ok so I bought a futon like a year and a half ago to use at my primary bed. Well from the start it wasn't incredibly comfortable, but now it's flattened out and it's almost like I'm just sleeping on the bars. The fact that it now is flattened out and it's almost like sleeping on the bars tells me your futon mattress is shot. What you actually are asking about is called a topper not a mattress pad and I am sorry to say this is not likely going to be your solution. Memory Foam Mattress Pad Guide
How can I stop waking up in the middle of the night?
I keep waking up in the middle of the night! It happens only once a night, and I can usually fall back soon after, but it's so annoying!
I rarely drink caffeine, I don't eat soon before bed (I almost always have dinner before 8), I'm not stressed, and I have a memory foam pad on my mattress so it's not that my bed is uncomfortable. I've tried taking 5 MG of Melatonin but it's not helping.
It's very frustrating because most nights get to bed in time to get 7-8 hours of sleep, but I don't get the proper amount because I wake up! I don't remember the last time I woke up feeling refreshed. Please help me!
Hm-mm. I would say speak with your family doctor. Because stress caffeine and eating are the only reasons I would think that u would be getting up. You could try some chamomile tea before bed sometimes that helps me sleep. It is caffeine free!

The foam chairs on this page have a shredded furniture grade polyurethane foam filling. There is a very small amount of memory foam within the shredded fill. Memory foam is not a good material to use alone in furniture like this because it is dense and heavy and is not lofty. So after awhile of sitting on it, you would sink all the way down.
The shredded foam used in these is more supportive, but yet it is still soft and cushy. Plus, if it does flatten after sitting on it for awhile, you can quickly fluff it back up. Hope this helps.
