i weigh 50 kg (8 stones, 110 pounds) and i sleep on my stomach/side.

First try a few the two things tl look for in choosing a mattress is support that is the most important, you don't want to be bent in an akward angle. Second its comfort, you have to be able to sleep on it for eight hours. If you are looking for something with memory foam the cost for a twin mattress only will start at about $700 on sale for a goon one but it might not be the right one. watever u do, becareful not to buy one too cheap. i had one and it was pretty cheap and it wasnt made out of the best material so i was always sweating and it was so uncomfrtable (with sheets on they were drenched)
