I have 3 sleeping pillows on my bed, 1 regular pillow, 1 tempur, and 1 other brand of memory foam pillow. I've tried adjusting myself to the 3 to determine which pillow works for me best. (The Tempur sales person said it should take 2 weeks to adjust.) Alas, I'm still suffering from neck and back pains.
I feel that the memory foam pillows are too high for me while my old pillow is too low. I probably got the wrong pillow size for myself. Shucks. Anyway, good luck searching for that perfect pillow! Let me know how your pillow works for you. Hope you get a better night's sleep! 
The amount of physical ram you have in your system + total virtual ram (Swap file) is being used up.
Most systems are set up to allow windows to size the swap file dynamically based upon the available disk space.
start windows, defrag the drive, the set a Custom swapfile size with the lowest amout being equal to 2.5 times your physical ram. and the upper limit at x5 or more ie: 1Gb ram Swapfile min =2.5GB Max 5Gb or more.
Most likely causes are that you may have too many program loading with windows at startup and are trying to run too many memory intensive programs at the same time and/or your drive is nearly full and windows has reduced your swapfile size thus reducing the mem available for running applications.
This can also be caused by bad drivers leaking memory, ie not releasing it when the program quits thus denying windows and other programs access to it.
Make sure all drivers are up to date and windows in fully patched.
Buy more physical ram or increase the size of the windows swap file.

click on your start menu and in your search thing type: disk cleanup. and run that and also try disk defragmenter. Once you have done that (or probably before would be better) clear out any old or unused music, movies or programs that are no longer used. Cut a long story short clear out all the pointless crap!!!!

MHFU is usually in the UMD slot and I grab four other games from the box to put in plastic case I show off in the other videos. There's also a few games downloaded from PSN on the 32GB Memory Stick that I have in the system.
