I have a bed that has foam on top and it seems that its starting to sag or leave an imprint in it after a few years. This happened to me before and I was able to have the mattress taken back without an issue. The problem is that they only do this once, so I tried a new different mattress and I'm seeing the same results.
I wake up in the morning and usually have really stiff back pain due to sleeping on the thing. I found that if I stick a wedge pillow in in I can stop some of the tightness and pain the following morning.
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to fix or stop the back pain? I was thinking about getting a mattress topper, but wasn't sure if that would work or where to start with it.
If it's a two sided mattress you can flip it over. If it is isn't, you can still spin it around so your head is where your feet were. That may help a bit. If neither of those two work then it's time for a new mattress. Fixing it isn't really an option.
