I need a larger memory card for my N70 Nokia. Which label should I choose: Kingston, ATP, A-Data?
I'm also between 512Mb and 1Gb. Ty!
Kingston are known brand in case of memory devices others are little heard of.so i would suggest you to go for Kingston.I am also unsing the same for my N-70.it has got a l'l slow but the overaal performance is fine

How do you feel about some schools dropping the "gifted" label?
I personally think it's to overused to really mean anything. Any idiot with good memory could get it. I should know, I've been in some "gifted" classes and there was no shortage of idiots.
Oh, and I just realized I made a mistake in there.
I myself am "gifted".
I'm not being conceited, but I have an IQ of 135.
So, yeah, I've been in "gifted" classes and am currently an honors student.
And I really think it's overused.
They think kids that have a good memory, like you said, are gifted. Kids that do their work and get stuff quicker than some of their classmates.
But really, being gifted means that you can learn something and not only comprehend what the textbook says, but apply that knowledge to other things.
And many, many kids labeled "gifted" cannot do that.
So yeah, that was a tad long.
In a nutshell, I totally agree with you.

That reminds me that I forgot to mention that although Humph was best known as a trumpeter, he was also no mean clarinettist himself. In fact, I'm pretty sure his band from the early 50s made a 78 of High Society for the Parlophone label. If memory serves me right that featured three clarinettists (Wally Fawkes, Bruce Turner, and Humph) who all started their solos with the famous Picou chorus. I don't have the record though and I may be wrong. Memory plays tricks on you like that.
