Memory Foam Matress
is pacbed original a good memory foam matress?
There are a couple issues that pacbed original has that I'm not comfortable with. The foam is poured in an open air environment which means that it's affected by atmospheric conditions.
Just like baking a cake on a stormy day, the barometric pressure can affect the rising of the memory foam in a different way than it would on a day of normal weather.
This results in inconsistency of the foam.
You can buy two identical mattresses and they will have a different feel so you don't know which one you're going to get.
Another thing is the packaging.
If their mattresses are vacuum packed without being compressed first, this can ruin the foam.
Memory foam is best when compressed before vacuum packaging.

to you turn a memory foam matress when you change sheets?
i have just bought a memory foam mattress and when i changed sheets on old sprung mattress i used to turn it over so that it would last longer should i do that with this new memory foam mattress
Hi we have one of those as well and it says on the mattress to just turn it every 6 months ( not turn it around just turn it over) , hope you get as much rest and sleep out of your mattress as we do it was worth all the money that it cost... sweet dreams...

Sleep number beds are basically upscale air mattresses. The remote is used to add or release air to your comfort level. I never owned one but a friend did and he said it was great. They are expensive. Tempurpedic or a cheaper knock off are also comfortable. My suggestion is determine your budget and stick to it. Go to several mattress stores and lay on each within your price range for 10 to 20 minutes. It is a game like buying a car. The salespeople are on commission. I'm not saying they lie.
