Memory Foam Roll Pillow
Any idea why my necks aches when I wake?
When I wake in the morning my neck aches teribly in the morning. It it thers when I wake before I even lift my head and gets better after 2/3 hours.
I have a memory foam pillow.
If I try and stay in bed longer I get pains in my lower back too and when I try rolling on my side to allieviate it my shoulders hurt too and back stilll hurts.
Sometimes in the morning there are strange sizzling and popping sounds in my head that feel as though they are in my neck.
The back and shoulder discomfort has been troubling me for a few years, I've heard the fizzing sound for many years and the morning neck pain has been for a few months.
It may be worth noting that I have hypermobility syndrome in my digits and major joints. I have been tested a few years ago for arthritis which was negative.
My GP said joints don't get inflamed with hypermobility syndrome but I disagree because mine do!
I wondrered if anyone else had similar issues and know what it is and how to help it?

The foam chairs on this page have a shredded furniture grade polyurethane foam filling. There is a very small amount of memory foam within the shredded fill. Memory foam is not a good material to use alone in furniture like this because it is dense and heavy and is not lofty. So after awhile of sitting on it, you would sink all the way down.
