bed bug question will this help?
there are bed bugs on my bed. i have sent of for some stuff but whilst im waiting for it to come i have cleaned everything. i read that tea tree can help so along all the skirting board and washing walls and furniture cracks etc i used tea tree and neat bleach. i killed the bed bugs that i could see. i have a memory foam mattress that has a zip cover so took that of along with sheets etc and have put them in a very hot wash and i have sprayed the foam with tea tree. im going to treat it with bed bug treatment. but in the mean time will what i have done help? or am i just wasting time?
i know people say to get rid of mattress, but would rather not unless really have to as it cost 900 pounds
A cover will need to stay on your mattress for a year because the bugs can go for a year without eating. The strongest rubbing alcohol can keep the bugs off you and will kill the bugs.
