Re the pillows, i ditched the body pillow and just made a nest of 5 pillows around me – 2 under my head, one between my legs, one under the bump and one behind my back on the other side. Then when I turned over, the one between my legs wasn't too unweildy to turn too, and the ones on each side just stayed where they were. I found the body pillows didn't quite do it. You do need to be able to turn over easily as in a few weeks it will start to be impossible to stay too long on one side, your hips will hurt too much!
