Does anyone have a Tempur-pedic mattress system and how do you like it?
How long have you been sleeping on one? I have some physical disabilities that bother me even on a pillow-top mattress. I'm wondering if this tempur-pedic one would help.

I've been thinking…I used to have a lot of neck pain and related headaches. Until. I got a high quality memory foam pillow (Tempur Pedic type, though I think mine is Isotonic?). It has DRASTICALLY reduced the episodes of pain, and the number of headaches I get. Maybe you should try one?
