Any travel pillow you recommend?
I would appreciate if you advise me of a certain brand that sells good memory foam neck pillows for my long flights.. also if you know the ideal weight cause i see that some weigh as per amazon 5 pounds!! like Val Med and some weigh only .5 pound like thermarest ..the contrast is weired!

Side Sleepers: How to use a Cervical Pillow
Tempur Pillows, Tempurpedic Mattresses and Bedding
Visco-elastic foam, or "memory foam" as it is commonly known, is a revolutionary development in sleeping technology. It's called memory foam for a good reason...it molds to, and remembers, shapes of objects placed on it. Memory foam mattresses therefore mold to your body shape, reliving pressure on all your joints, especially your back. If you suffer from back or joint pain, this should make your eyes widen beyond belief...that's right, no more pain when you sleep at night. When you sleep on a one, you will have one of the best night's sleep of your life.
Mattresses are totally personal- different individuals prefer different types. However, there are a lot of bogus versions out there that can do you more harm than good. So when looking at purchasing a decent model, keep some of the following points in mind, and don't be afraid to climb aboard and try before you buy...after all you'll be the one sleeping on it!
- Does it provide you with adequate support and pressure relief?
- Will it fit your bed?
- Are you looking for quality or price?
- Do you think you'll sleep well on it? (Well that's the whole point!)
Memory foam mattresses come in a variety of shapes and sizes. The ideal sizes to buy are double and king size due to the supreme space you get...nobody likes to be cramped up. However you can also purchase a memory foam topper/pad to go on top of your current mattress, a helpful alternative.
The absolute best quality you can buy are Tempurpedic mattresses. The foam used in these is state of the art space age technology, designed and developed by NASA. If you really want to experience the best they have to offer, you should also consider purchasing a tempur bed deal, where you get a mattress and bed frame together. Alternatives to Tempura mattresses are Hypnos mattress which also provide support and comfort, giving an excellent night's sleep and Natural mattress, made using natural materials and natural oils...these are great.
You might also like to consider looking at memory foam pillows to go with your mattress- these really do give your head and neck the best support, you'll be fast asleep in minutes.

will my memory pillow flatten permanently?
basically, my chair is too low so I have to use a pillow to keep myself high enough. I bought this tough memory pillow today (not the soft ones that actually keep memory) and I am using it as a mat. But now I'm not sure if I continue using it as a mat, will it flatten..permanently? I know that memory mattresses can definetly hold a lot of weight but can a memory pillow handle weight strong enough?
No it won't, My dad uses is memory foam pillow in the truck to sit on when he's away. And he has ALOT of muscle and weighs a ton so no it won't
