Side Sleepers: How to use a Cervical Pillow

Visco-elastic foam, or "memory foam" as it is commonly known, is a revolutionary development in sleeping technology. It's called memory foam for a good reason...it molds to, and remembers, shapes of objects placed on it. Memory foam mattresses therefore mold to your body shape, reliving pressure on all your joints, especially your back. If you suffer from back or joint pain, this should make your eyes widen beyond belief...that's right, no more pain when you sleep at night. Mattresses are totally personal- different individuals prefer different types. However, there are a lot of bogus versions out there that can do you more harm than good. Memory foam mattresses come in a variety of shapes and sizes. The ideal sizes to buy are double and king size due to the supreme space you get...nobody likes to be cramped up. However you can also purchase a memory foam topper/pad to go on top of your current mattress, a helpful alternative.

How to create a "cool" pillow?
Hey everyone,
So I was considering entering a science competition and I wanted to create a pillow that would keep cool throughout the night (eliminate the need to turn over the pillow to the "cool side") I've done some research with various memory foams and there is a similar product The Chillow, which attempts to do the same thing, but uses a cooling pack that you have to insert inside the pillow. Any suggestions on what type of material would give that cool temperature and resist body heat?

The Truth Behind Foam Wedge Pillows

The most common symptoms that are experienced by people with acid reflux include heartburn, regurgitation, and difficulty in swallowing. Less common symptoms might include pain when swallowing, nausea, chest pain, and excessive salivation.
According to studies, positional therapy can work to the highest degree as an effective therapy for people with acid reflux disease. Raising the head of the bed proves to be working. You can elevate the head of the bed using either plastic or wooden bed risers. These days, a therapeutic foam wedge pillow or an inflatable mattress is used for this purpose.
By using a foam wedge pillow, you will be able to elevate the head of the person who is experiencing acid reflux. It is very critical that the elevation of the head is at the right height. Six to eight inches (15-20 cm) is at least the minimal effective height to prevent the back flow of gastric fluids.

This is due to the mother's increasing weight which pulls her spine forward. This will cause her center of gravity to shift. The weight and pull of the baby also causes the awful leg cramps. Chiropractor demonstrates memory foam pillows
will my memory pillow flatten permanently?
basically, my chair is too low so I have to use a pillow to keep myself high enough. I bought this tough memory pillow today (not the soft ones that actually keep memory) and I am using it as a mat. But now I'm not sure if I continue using it as a mat, will it flatten..permanently? I know that memory mattresses can definetly hold a lot of weight but can a memory pillow handle weight strong enough?
No it won't, My dad uses is memory foam pillow in the truck to sit on when he's away. And he has ALOT of muscle and weighs a ton so no it won't

and it does say enhanced or windows readyboost
unfortunately the usb flash drive does not meet the minimum requirements for readyboost; if it was sold to you as readyboost compatible, then you should get your money back; I have bought usb sticks in the past that I thought would work with Vista and they didn't; Vista can be a bit picky!
