Mattress Protector Waterproof
Waterproof matress covers, why should I buy?
I was thinking it would be less expensive to buy a dollar store plastic mattress protector and then buy a good quilted mattress pad to put over it. I would save about $30.00. Is there any advantage in having them as one unit.
The dollar store plastic mattress covers will tear pretty easily. They also don't fit very well. They are not worth any money. The all in one protectors will last much longer.

Where can I buy a great big waterproof, washable blanket. I want to put it on our double bed for our cats.?
Most of the waterproof stuff I've found tends to be small and for picnics! I've had a good look generally around google, pet websites and ebay.
Ideally it should be a bigger than a double bed, so I can just throw it on top in the mornings. I'm not looking for a mattress protector or anything like that - it'll go on top. And it NEEDS to be waterproof and washable!
I've got a blanket I put over my bed to protect it from my two cats during the day. They just wiggle their way underneath it, and snuggle up on the duvet away. I come into my room, to find two purring lumps, happily snoozing the day away. Still keep putting the blanket on - as they seem to like snoozing beneath it...
I would suggest using an old double duvet cover - one that you don't use any more. It's not expensive, and its completely washable

should you take apart a chair to waterproof it?
I am waterproofing two outdoor chairs. I'm leaving them bare wood and using Thompsons multi-surface waterproofer. They are apart for the sanding and I want to know if it's better the apply the waterproofing before i put them back together? Does it matter? Is it gonna last longer? Etc.
Since you have the chairs apart it will be easier to apply the waterproofing to all sides of each piece versus putting it back together and then waterproofing it.

Have you used Smashbox Jet Set Waterproof Eyeliner?
Is Smashbox Jet Set Waterproof Eyeliner really as waterproof as they say? I use Gosh Cosmetics Extreme Art Eyeliner and it is the most waterproof eyeliner I have ever used. It never smudges, ever. But it doesn't come in dark brown, so I was wanting to try the Smashbox one. So, if you have used it, what do you think of it? And better yet, if you have used both brands (Smashbox and Gosh) can you compare the two?
I haven't used the Gosh Cosmetics eyeliner, but I have used the Smashbox one. Works great for my waterline. It stays on all day - for over 12 hours as far as I've seen.
